Greenfield is looking for a Business Excellence Program Coordinator to join our growing team.

Location: North America

The Business Excellence Program Coordinator role is critical to the success and growth of the Business Excellence programs.

Reporting directly to the Business Excellence Program & Change Manager, the Business Excellence Program Coordinator will be an integral part of growth and optimization of all Business Excellence programs. Responsible for coordinating and tracking activities related to all Business Excellence programs including but not limited to OKR’s (Objectives and Key Results) and program facilitation, as well as supporting the execution of change management strategies, communications, and training initiatives that support Greenfield employees through technology transitions. The Business Excellence Program Coordinator will work with stakeholders at all levels internally and with external partners to ensure alignment and customer service excellence.

Your Experience Should Include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce or equivalent background is an asset
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant work experience related to strategy, business consulting or program management is an asset
  • Previous experience implementing OKR’s (Objectives and Key Results) and conducting fact-finding sessions an asset
  • Prior Manufacturing/ Operations experience is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and drive common practices within the OKR platform, across the organization
  • Support development and delivery of OKR’s, change management, training, and communication campaigns and development of related standardized materials
  • Facilitate users on OKR theory, OKR sessions and OKR retro resets using standardized format
  • Conduct KR check-in audits based on a set cadence
  • Serve as point of escalation for support issues, which may include interaction with the OKR Platform vendor and IT support services.
  • Support the execution of the OKR 5-year road map
  • Provide regular coaching during each quarter to ensure teams stay results focused
  • Support the implementation of best practices to ensure adoption of new tools and processes, including people readiness
  • Coordinate scheduling and managing documentation related to all change management and communications activities
  • Help manage various channels used by the team related to updates on intranet posts, email communications and related platforms
  • Contribute to standardization of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and Lean facilitation companywide
  • Administrative duties as required.
