Greenfield is looking for a Business System Analyst to join our growing team.
Location: Any Greenfield Location.
Position Overview:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be a key strategic partner within Greenfield Global’s IT team, reporting to the IT Business Systems Analysis Manager. In this dynamic role, you will act as the vital link between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT, driving innovation and digital transformation across business processes.
Your mission: to enhance business performance and customer experience by translating organizational needs into smart, scalable technology solutions.
You will lead efforts to capture and analyze business requirements, optimize end-to-end processes, and ensure seamless integration of business platforms. Leveraging Dynamics 365, including Customer Insights Journeys, Sales, Customer Service, and Omnichannel, you will design and implement solutions that personalize experiences, streamline operations, and empower teams to deliver exceptional value. Your expertise in data migration and integration ensures robust connectivity and unified commercial systems.

- Must be able to work on a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / ERP Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM) including Customer Engagement implementation.
- Demonstrated experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys, Sales, Customer Service, Omnichannel, and data migration/integration.
- Deep understanding of customer engagement processes in D365, including sales cycles, lead and opportunity management, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience supporting go-to-market strategies, customer engagement initiatives or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with KPI’s and metrics used in sales and marketing experience.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts for commercial applications. Such as Dynamics 365 Sales Agent and Copilot features.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including managing work items, tracking progress, and collaborating effectively using Azure DevOps.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications:Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- Technical Skills:Experience with system integration, data modeling, integration patterns and API usage
- Strategic System Analysis: Analyze and optimize business processes, in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to enhance customer engagement.
- Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Partner with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and consultants, to capture business needs and translate them into scalable, customer-centric technology solutions, while ensuring alignment with overall business expectations.
- Customer Insights & Omnichannel Expertise: Design, implement, and optimize solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys, Sales, Customer Service, and Omnichannel capabilities.
- Customer Engagement Process Expertise: Design, implement, and continuously improve customer engagement processes within Dynamics 365, including sales cycles, lead and opportunity management, and customer journey mapping, to ensure solutions meet business requirements and drive measurable outcomes.
- Data Driven Insights: Leverage advanced analytics tools to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and support data-informed decision-making that drives commercial performance.
- Technology Implementation & Integration: Support the deployment and integration of new commercial systems and enhancements, ensuring seamless connectivity across platforms and alignment with business goals.
- Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive (BRD) Business Requirements Documents for business systems to support transparency and traceability.
- Project Management: Lead and manage system initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of assigned milestones, alignment with stakeholder expectations, and measurable business impact.
- Training and Support: Empower business users and subject matter experts through training and support, ensuring adoption of new tools and maximizing return on technology investments.
- AI-Driven Insights & Analytics: Leverage built-in AI models within Dynamics 365 CE to support data-driven decision-making through lead and opportunity scoring, customer sentiment analysis, churn prediction, and sales forecasting.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends by researching emerging technologies, attending relevant conferences, and continuously identifying opportunities to enhance system capabilities and customer value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service teams, to ensure commercial systems meet business needs and are effectively integrated. Collaborate with development teams to make sure that requirements support business objectives and all regulatory standards are clearly understood and properly implemented.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders, keeping them informed about project statuses, milestones, and potential issues.
- Business Partnership & Value Realization: Ensure commercial applications are effectively utilized to support strategic objectives, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. Collaborate with subject matter experts to align system capabilities with business needs and maximize the value of enterprise solutions.
- Must be willing to travel to meet business objectives, up to 15%.
