Greenfield is looking for a Communications Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

This position requires a passionate storyteller who loves to (i) discover the stories within the organization, (ii) write compelling content that internal and external stakeholders want to read, and (iii) leave the reader with an intended impression.

The right candidate is always looking for the story and the angle that can be shared across our various communications channels – intranet, press releases, social media, targeted reach, etc. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will also be responsible for developing consistent and compelling brand messaging that identifies Greenfield Global’s identity, mission, and value proposition to desired target audiences.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
  • Proficient research skills for informed content creation.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices for content optimization.
  • Bilingual in English and French preferred.
Your Experience Should Include:
  • 3+ years of hands-on internal communications and intranet experience for B2B company
  • Proven expertise in content strategy, creation, and execution across diverse platforms.
  • Clear, concise, impactful writing.
Job Responsibilities:
  • General Communications:
    • Plan, develop, and maintain an annual corporate communications calendar focused on recognizing key dates, holidays, events, milestones, product releases, etc. that are relevant to the company’s stakeholders.
    • Research, develop, and implement brand guidelines, templates, presentations, and other collateral.
    • Manage, monitor, and measure key performance of various communication strategies for business objectives.
    • Manage company intranet and improve site experience.
  • Internal Communications:
    • Collaborate with corporate services and business unit leaders to write effective internal company related to company news, policies, events, employee milestones, team recognition, and product releases.
  • External Communications:
    • Articulate Greenfield’s value proposition and key differentiators as a Company and in its key markets through website content, social media posts (mainly LinkedIn), press releases, marketing materials, video scripts, case studies, etc.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and lead strategic communications plan to promote company initiatives, goals, and priorities.
