Position Overview

The role of Customer Service Representative will report directly to department Team Leaders.  The primary focus of the CSR is to process orders and interface with customers through phone and email to ensure their needs are met and all regulatory requirements are satisfied.  This accounts for 70-80 percent of daily activity.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers
  • Processing order requests that arrive via email, fax, or mail.
  • Ensuring all required regulatory information is received in order to complete order requests
  • Auditing orders for accuracy
  • Faxing/emailing documentation to customers who require it
  • Logging orders received
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong customer service experience required
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with multiple departments
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Proven attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Education: Degree Preferred
  • Experience: Chemical / Industry background a plus
  • Additional Information:  This is a non-exempt position working Monday through Friday
