Greenfield is looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our growing team.
The role of Front Desk Associate will report directly to the Customer Service Department Manager. The primary focus of the role is to greet visitors and support the Customer Service Department.
|Duties & Responsibilities|
- Screen incoming phone calls as well as screen visitors at our front gate
- Ensure all paperwork is completed for guests-follow proper procedures
- Order and monitor office supplies
- Maintain office printers and copiers (contact suppliers)
- Log orders for the Customer Service Department
- Assist departments with administrative projects as needed.
|Skills & Qualifications|
- Customer service experience desired
- Proven attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as with multiple departments and team members
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong computer skills
- Support continuous improvement within the company.
