Position Overview

We are searching for a highly creative and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our small but growing marketing team reporting into the Director of Marketing. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations across our business unit websites, content creation, significant email marketing, landing page creation, social media strategy and various multimedia needs supporting the business unit. B2B and B2C experience are applicable. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills while planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends. The ideal candidate will be located near Irvine, CA or within commuting distance.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Own the planning and execution of our B2B digital marketing efforts, including email marketing inside of Pardot, SEO/SEM, marketing database management, landing pages, websites and content to support each tactic
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm and develop new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Develop, manage and launch conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Assisting with website enhancements focused on the customer experience and conversion efforts
  • Multimedia knowledge when needed with Adobe CC
  • Be the marketing team’s point of contact internally across the global business unit relating to digital customer touchpoints
  • Able and willing to wear multiple hats, participate in various marketing related tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing when needed
  • Manage Pardot, our B2B email marketing platform as the primary admin
  • Manage the online sales conversion efforts in partnership with sales leaders
  • Manage the Google Analytics reporting and oversight.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years digital marketing experience
  • Pardot experience or similar email marketing automation platform
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
