Greenfield is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager – Specialty Alcohols & Ingredients to join our growing team.

Location: Remote, US or Canada

The Growth Marketing Manager – Specialty Alcohols & Ingredients is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves campaign management, content creation, market research, and performance analysis to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.

Who You Are:
  • Proven ability to craft compelling content that resonates with key audiences and tie to business value by driving traffic, awareness, and positive brand perception
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns that have directly resulted in measurable business growth, including increasing MQLs, SQLs and expansion sales
Your Experience Should Include:
  • 5 plus years of experience in marketing roles, specifically demand generation and/or content marketing functions at fast-growing entities with lean teams
  • Experience marketing specialty alcohols, solvents and blended solutions, partnered with a strong understanding of the key audiences, targets, and intended uses. B2B marketing experience is a must.
  • Experience leveraging AI to improve marketing results
Job Responsibilities:

 

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Plan, develop and execute 360 marketing campaigns aimed at increasing loyalty, cross-selling, and customer acquisition to customers in the beverage and alcohols, industrial, personal care, and/or flavors markets
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
  • Manage yearly marketing calendar for beverage, flavor, and industrial markets related to marketing campaigns, trade shows, advertising, etc.

Customer Intelligence:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop ideal customer profiles to better understand and engage with key audiences.

Content Creation:

  • Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, product summaries, competitive briefs, brochures, etc.
  • Research, write and plan compelling content for key markets to be shared through 360 approach including blogs, video, social media, email, and website.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using monthly KPI scorecard
  • Provide regular reports on campaign outcomes, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Communicate and Continuous Improvement

  • Partner closely with sales, product, supply chain, and legal to ensure awareness, alignment, and a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with latest marketing trends, specialty chemicals, and technologies to deliver the most effective messaging and marketing programs.
