Greenfield is looking for a Order Processing Administrator is to oversee the Customer Service inbox. The Order Processing Administrator will upload shipment files and account documentation. In addition, they will serve as the front desk Administrator for all guests entering and exiting the facility. to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage Customer Service inbox and initiation of all new sales orders
  • Filing and documenting customer regulatory documents and change forms
  • Forward inquiries related to orders or accounts to the appropriate person or department
  • Gatekeeper for BOL process
  • Assist P&C with organizing employee or company events
  • Maintain inventory and reorder of office supplies
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
