Position Overview

This position will be responsible for the day to day tasks of setting up all new accounts and price uploading for the commercial team.  Manage inbound web leads, monitor the storefront chat function and the monthly institutional enrollment contract.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Set up all new accounts, dropships and change forms(data processing)
  • Manage inbound web leads
  • Set up online account
  • Storefront chat point of contact
  • Pricing upload:
    • RFQ/TRFQ – link all quotes to accounts in Navision and load prices if applicable
    • Load and maintain all price supports in Navision and the price support spreadsheet
  • Price list updates
  • Manage the monthly institutional enrollment contract (Hospitals, State Universities, etc.)
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft suite (word, excel) with knowledge of record management software, CRM (Salesforce)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of website data uploading and electronic data interchange adoption
  • Active listening and learning
  • Research, compile data and cross functionally align data between internal software platforms
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • Must be able to take a proactive approach to problem –solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Professional level of verbal and written communication
  • 4 year degree
  • 4+ years’ experience in roles which focus on administrative, data entry and project management
