Greenfield is looking for a Training Administrator (Summer Student) to join our growing team.

This is a 2 to 4-month summer student placement based out of the Chatham plant.

The student will work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break).

Who You Are:
  • Ideal for a post-secondary student with previous experience preparing digital presentations

Job Responsibilities:
  • Comply with all Company health and safety, environmental, and quality policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand training packages including the vision, training objectives and requirements of the digital training course
  • Review training packages, and organize and upload content into learning platform Articulate 360
  • Get creative; design training courses that are interactive and engaging with a professional appearance for the end user. Explore ways to improve training courses and bring forward opportunities to internal stakeholders for buy-in. Consider various graphics, digital media and knowledge exams to reinforce training content
  • Present training courses to internal stakeholders. Review and solicit feedback to ensure the end product achieves the desired vision, training objectives and requirements
  • Work with teams to provide assistance on various training initiative tasks, including but not limited to administrative duties, scheduling training courses, training updates in Greenfield University, and more
  • Assist with ad hoc requests and projects for People & Culture, Health & Safety, and Quality teams
  • Other duties and responsibilities aligned to business objectives and in support of our core principles.
