Neil Bishop

Neil joined Greenfield in 2020. In his role as Vice President, Distillery & Manufacturing Operations, he’s focused on ensuring the division’s continued safety, efficiency and innovation.
For 15 years, Neil was a dedicated employee at Hiram Walker and Sons Ltd. His primary responsibility as Senior Director of Operations for the company’s distilling business involved managing the production of spirits for beverage alcohols such as whisky, rum, vodka and liqueur for the North American market.
Neil graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Science (Mechanical) in 2000. In 2006, he received his MBA from the University of Windsor. He holds a Professional Engineer license in Ontario.
