Business Excellence

Connie is Vice President of Business Excellence and is responsible for creating and implementing long-term integrated business improvement and technology projects. She leads multiple teams targeted at business optimization, transformation, and learning excellence across the organization.

Throughout her career with Greenfield, Connie gained her business excellence expertise through a number of progressively senior roles. Her experience includes leading financial, business, and strategic lean initiatives, as well as delivering advanced leadership and training initiatives. Prior to joining Greenfield, Connie held accounting roles in manufacturing and software companies, as well as a role in plant management.

Connie is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ottawa University. She has received a Black Belt certification in Lean.
