David joined Greenfield in 2002 and now serves as Vice President of People and Culture (P&C) where he is leading the development and execution of Greenfield’s P&C Strategy, including organizational design and development, talent assessment and development and employee engagement. He also oversees compensation, benefits, health and safety, and recruitment.
David has more than 30 years of experience in P&C. Prior to joining Greenfield, he worked in the mining, real estate, and healthcare sectors. David has a BA from McMaster University in Economics, a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and an ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
