Michael Santelli

Michael Santelli joined Greenfield's Specialty Chemicals & Ingredients division in 2023 as Vice President of Quality, where he leads the company's global quality strategy across manufacturing sites in North America and Europe. In this role, he oversees quality assurance, quality control, quality systems, supplier quality, and customer quality programs for regulated and specialty product markets, with frameworks aligned to ISO 9001, EXCiPACT, IPEC PQG GMP guidance, and applicable GMP/GDP expectations.

Michael partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive compliance with international standards while enabling operational excellence and scalable growth. He is deeply committed to building resilient quality organizations that balance strong compliance discipline with business agility.

Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan University and numerous industry certifications.
