Myrna Wilson

Myrna Wilson is Vice President of Sales, Specialty Chemicals & Ingredients at Greenfield Global, where she leads commercial strategy and execution across life sciences, food, flavor, fragrance, personal care, industrial, and extraction markets.

She brings over 20 years of commercial leadership experience across manufacturing and distribution, with a track record of building high-performing teams, developing strategic customer partnerships, and driving disciplined, profitable growth across complex end markets. Prior to joining Greenfield, she held senior leadership roles at Lonza and Univar Solutions, where she led large, cross-functional commercial and technical organizations. Her experience spans global markets, including international assignments and expatriate leadership roles in the Middle East.

Myrna’s experience spans sales, technical business development, supply chain strategy, and commercial optimization, with a focus on aligning commercial execution with operational capabilities to deliver consistent results at scale.

She holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance and a BBA in Accounting from Sam Houston State University. She serves on the editorial committee for DCAT Value Chain Insights.
