Ron Kean

Ron joined Greenfield in 2014 as Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. In this role, he has oversight over the company’s legal matters and helps resolve complex issues while providing day-to- day business and legal advice. Ron has over 20 years of combined private practice and in-house experience. Prior to Greenfield, Ron worked for multinational corporations in the electronics and information technology industries.
Ron is a graduate of the University of Ottawa, holding degrees in Common Law (Ontario) and Civil Law (Quebec), as well as a Psychology degree from McGill University.
