Ashley joined Greenfield’s Human Resources team in 2010 and has held several progressively senior roles. She now serves as Vice President of People and Culture.
Ashley’s 15+ years of experience contributes deeply to shaping and executing Greenfield’s strategic vision of creating meaningful careers in a safe and diverse workplace. This includes, organizational development, talent development and assessment, and continually enhancing engagement for all Greenfield employees. Ashley also oversees compensation, benefits, health and safety, and employee wellness and talent acquisition.
Prior to joining Greenfield, she provided HR support and leadership for an iconic, multinational brand.
Ashley has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from York University. She also holds the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association.
