Jimmy Bookstore joined Greenfield in 2025 as Vice President Beverage and Alcohol Ingredients, working within the Beverage and Distilled Spirits business unit to support customers in the optimization of their beverage alcohol formulations. Widely recognized in the industry as an expert in product development and TTB regulations, he brings over 30 years of unparalleled experience within the spirits industry.
Prior to joining Greenfield, Jimmy held both technical and executive roles at Brown-Forman and Bacardi-Martini. A dynamic leader of R&D teams, he has taken over 200 beverage alcohol products from concept to shelf across beer, wine and spirits and is an expert in lowering cost, improving stability, and navigating regulations to achieve desired labeling.
Jimmy served as Chair of the DISCUS Technical Committee from 2020-2025 and has been involved with Spirits EU, SWA, and IARD to help advance responsible marketing and consumption within beverage alcohol. Jimmy holds a Master of Life Sciences from the University of Maryland, College Park and is based in Kentucky.
