Greenfield is looking for a Corporate Communications & Content Manager, to join our growing team.  The Corporate Communications and Content Manager will support our fast-growing global communications needs. In this pivotal role, you will not only develop and execute impactful communications and content but also own/create the overarching content strategy that supports our business goals and enhances Greenfield Global’s visibility and reputation. With your exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, you will support public relations and corporate communications across all Greenfield business units.  Under the direction of the Corporate Communications Senior Director, this position will help Greenfield Global create its first strategic external communications program with the goal of elevating our brand awareness and perception and driving growth for key business units.  to join our growing team.

Your Experience Should Include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising/Public Relations, English/writing or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of proven communications/content experience in corporate, marketing, or executive communications.
  • Experience in B2B communications is a MUST, specific experience in upstream manufacturing in the life sciences, food & beverage industries is preferred.
  • Excellent writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills are required along with a demonstrated ability to create high-impact strategic external communications.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment – able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, working at all levels and across geographies.
  • Collaborative partner with keen ability to effectively listen, think creatively and deliver communications that drive results.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex technological concepts into clear, engaging communication strategies and narratives for a variety of audiences.
  • Proven capability to repurpose content across various formats and for multiple distribution channels.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, complemented by exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Global mindset – experience writing for global audiences.
  • A collaborative spirit, with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with corporate management, employees, and the broader community. Able to think critically and offer strategic counsel even in high-pressure situations.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy: Build, maintain, and execute content strategies that support both corporate communications and business-level marketing campaigns that align with business goals, enhance brand visibility and reputation, and promote new product introductions.
  • Content Creation: Responsible for developing and implementing high-impact, externally-facing materials that raise visibility and lead to clear business outcomes, including a wide variety of long- and short-form content such as trade journal articles, website content, press releases, media statements, scripts, social media posts, as well as key messaging documents, FAQs, blogs, eBooks, and communications plans for company announcements, product launches, business development activities, and awareness campaigns.
  • Branding: Supports the development, implementation and reinforcement of brand identity guidelines, best practices, and standards for communications materials development and the brand itself to ensure consistency.
  • Social Media: Working with business and product teams and outside agencies, supports marketing programming and campaigns with earned media and the development of social media content.
  • Global Communications: Enhance and maintain global communications program with a focus on driving brand awareness, delivering key messages, and elevating key thought leaders in the organization.
  • PR: Partner with global PR agencies to propel the brand and communications programs forward, connecting our agencies with subject matter experts and spokespeople to drive meaningful narratives and media opportunities
  • Digital Media: Leverages content and campaigns across all external and internal communications platforms including company intranet, company website, and social media.
  • Thought Leadership: Help enhance and expand thought leadership program by fostering current and identifying new internal subject matter experts across geographies and topic areas.
  • Key Messaging: Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging that shapes our external narrative and supports various activities, including media and analyst briefings, customer events, and industry speaking engagements.
  • Storytelling: Develop and execute integrated communications campaigns working closely with key stakeholders to identify impactful storylines across the industry, customer base, and within Greenfield Global.
  • Measure Success: Create a KPI and revenue scorecard and deliver monthly/quarterly reporting package showing program effectiveness including success, learnings and opportunities to improve
  • Crisis Communications: Collaborate with Sr. Director and VP of Marketing to manage crisis communications.
