TORONTO, ON, March 9 2026 –Greenfield Global Inc. today announced that Graham Smith, formerly a Partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (“Blakes”), has joined the company as Chief Corporate Development Officer.
Mr. Smith brings more than two decades of experience advising leading Canadian and international companies on complex mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, cross-border structuring and governance matters. During his tenure at Blakes, one of Canada’s premier business law firms, he advised boards, private equity firms and executive teams on transformative transactions, growth strategies, joint ventures, and sophisticated financing structures across multiple jurisdictions.
At Greenfield Global, Mr. Smith will lead corporate development initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, capital structuring, project development and project financing. His appointment adds strength to Greenfield’s ability to execute on its ambitious long-term expansion agenda across renewable energy, specialty chemicals & ingredients, and beverage alcohol markets.
