Greenfield Global Adds Industry Leader Jimmy Bookstore as Vice President of Beverage Alcohol Ingredients

Widely recognized as an expert in product development and TTB regulations, Bookstore brings over 30 years of unparalleled experience from industry leaders Brown-Forman and Bacardi-Martini. For the last five years he also served as Chair of the Technical Committee for the distinguished industry association DISCUS, the Distilled Spirits Counsel of the United States.

In his role as Vice President of Greenfield’s Beverage Alcohol Ingredients division, Bookstore will lead efforts to guide Greenfield’s customers in leveraging the company’s broad selection of alcohol-based ingredients to optimize product development, reduce costs, and innovate. His wealth of knowledge in production innovation, process engineering and regulatory compliance will enable Greenfield’s customers to achieve enhanced product performance and sustainable growth.

He is also deeply connected within the industry as an active member of SpiritsEUROPE, the Scotch Whisky Association and the Kentucky Distillers’ Association. Bookstore’s unique combination of strengths will play a pivotal role in advancing Greenfield’s position as a trusted partner for both existing and new customers.
