Who You Are:- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
- Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, IS, Software Engineering or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic hardware (desktop/laptop/IOS), Microsoft Windows and Office troubleshooting
- Deployment, support, and management of meeting rooms (AV hardware)
- Experience in Windows Autopilot would be considered an asset.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) Intune experience would be considered an asset.
- Experience in support Microsoft Teams, Loop, Viva, and Sharepoint.
- Support Windows 10, Mac OSX, IOS, and Android operating systems.
- Experienced in supporting organization using VPN, MFA/SSO and 2FA.
- Knowledgeable of Windows 10/11, Active Directory and Office 365 Application Suite.
- Understanding of tasks, incidents, and tracking of assets via IT Service Management platform.
- Understanding of networking concepts
- Provide technical support and customer service to local and remote staff.
- Ability to travel locally to supported sites (Danbury/Brookfield CT)
- Ability to work approximately two academic terms (Fall/Winter)
- Assist in onboarding, offboarding and access requests.
- Record, track and escalate incidents via ITSM system, Fresh Service.
- Configure and support workstations, setup tablets, and cell phone devices and Audio/Visual conferencing technologies.
- Configure and image workstations, laptops, manufacturing and supply chain IOT devices as required.
- Configure/support printers, copiers, IP Phones and various other peripheral devices.
- Support and implementation of Audio/Video conferencing technologies.
- Coordinate with IT team on issues requiring escalation.
- Perform security and operating system updates, software deployment and troubleshooting.
- Provide exceptional service to all departments using available resources while meeting set SLA’s.
- Assist in the development of the customer solutions knowledge base.
- Deployment of desktops, laptops, and other technical equipment.
- Collect and document information pertaining to inventory and asset tracking.
- Assist in the development of the customer solutions knowledge base.
- Participate in departmental projects and team collaboration various IT groups.
- Research and Development of new products and services to enhance IT portfolio.
