Greenfield is looking for a Greenfield is looking for a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to join its growing team. Greenfield Global's renewable energy business unit is going through a period of accelerated development, where the need to carry out major projects justifies the addition of internal and external resources to ensure quality services. In your role, you will be responsible for setting development directions for the team for which you are responsible, implementing planning strategies, and maintaining & improving the reliability program for the Varennes distillery facilities. You will be responsible for directing and controlling all plant maintenance activities. You will join a multi-disciplinary team that ensures the integrated management of operations. to join our growing team.

- You have a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline;
- You have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of Maximo (CMMS system) would be an asset.
- Manage activities related to human resources and personnel management within the maintenance department;
- Participate in the distillery management team and establish the departmental business plan;
- Participate in setting plant objectives and sales targets;
- Supervise the daily activities of the department;
- Design, plan and implement improvements to work methods;
- Schedule internal audit activities and review audit reports;
- Maintain the distillery’s equipment and buildings;
- Guide the team in carrying out mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance work for the entire distillery;
- Participate actively in capital projects and in monitoring maintenance budgets;
- Be responsible for the relationship with the insurer regarding the maintenance program for critical equipment;
- Manage contracts with external suppliers;
- Work closely with other departments.
