Job Responsibilities:

Bio-intelligence sub-project:

  • Monitor progress of study for financial assistance;
  • Manage the installation of the bio-intelligence system in the plant;
  • Take charge of project commissioning;
  • Manage assigned project team;
  • Participate in data analysis and technology optimization;
  • Act as point of contact with technology supplier.

 

Advanced controls sub-project:

  • Identify opportunities to integrate advanced controls that lead to energy savings;
  • Develop and implement control concepts;
  • Participate in the optimization of implemented concepts.

 

Participate as a process expert in major projects:

  • Conduct studies for future projects;
  • Analyze and validate project mass and energy balances;
  • In the event of operational problems, support the production team, deploying the efforts required to resolve technical problems through the use of commonly used models and analysis processes;
  • Participate in the internal continuous improvement group working on energy reduction.
