Greenfield is looking for a Reception & Security Manager to join our growing team.
Greenfield Global’s Renewable Energy Business Unit is going through a period of accelerated development, where the need to carry out major projects justifies the addition of internal and external resources to ensure the quality of services. In your role, your main mandate will be to develop and deploy rigorous standards in terms of hospitality and safety at the Varennes distillery site.

- You have a diploma in OHS, customer service or equivalent
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field, in an industrial environment
- Field experience with various OHS programs would be an asset
- Experience in personnel management would be an asset
- Functional English required.
- Coordinate all security guard management activities, including all aspects of human resources, training, replacement, etc.
- Welcome, educate and direct all visitors to the site
- Train new drivers and contractors, and issue reminders when required
- Manage site attendance, including that of visitors and contractors
- Update contractor and delivery files
- Master emergency procedures and update as required
- Steer and weigh trucks according to established procedures
- Answer and redirect telephone calls
- Verify and update all proofs of competency, insurance and licenses required for contractors
- Be responsible for work clothing and certain personal protective equipment
- Provide support during planned shutdowns
- Make various purchases for the company
- Support administrative services and logistics with documentation needs, and support infringement files
- Coordinate plant visits according to established protocols
- Support the OHS team according to needs and special projects.
