Greenfield is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Manager – Growth Marketing, Life Sciences to help drive awareness, trust, and growth within our pharmaceutical and life sciences segment. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives on turning strategy into action, driving demand, and delivering measurable results. As a key member of the Life Sciences marketing team, you will be the tactical engine behind our global marketing campaigns - developing and executing programs that engage decision-makers across the buyer journey. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and global colleagues to develop a unified global strategy across channels. This role requires a deep understanding of the life sciences ecosystem, particularly from the perspective of a vendor or service provider supporting pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing. You will help shape how our brand is perceived by customers and partners and play a critical role in building thought leadership and trust in the market. Your Experience Should Include:
  • Experience in marketing products, solutions, and/or services to pharma/biopharma manufacturing decision makers is required
  •  5+ years of experience in marketing roles, specifically with demand generation, product marketing, and/or product management functions
  • Scientific or chemistry-related technical background is a plus
  • Experience developing and executing marketing initiatives to increase MQLs, SQLs and expansion sales
  • Specific experience with modern account-based marketing platforms, techniques and tactics
  • Experience leveraging AI to improve marketing results
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience working to drive growth in collaboration with sales organizations and delivering sales enablement tools and strategies
Job Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution: Identify, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and ABM channels to drive awareness and qualified leads
  • Customer Growth Marketing: Implement loyalty, cross-sell and expansion activities through sales, customer service, and digital channels
  • Content Development: Collaborate on the creation of compelling content and sales enablement materials tailored to buyer personas and stages of the funnel
  • Lead Nurturing: Support mid- and lower-funnel programs to accelerate lead conversion and customer expansion
  • Performance Optimization: Assess campaign performance, report on KPIs, and optimize based on insights and feedback
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing communications teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless execution
  • Market Insight: Stay current on life sciences trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform marketing strategies
