Greenfield is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

The ERP Project Manager, D365 F&O will lead and support the successful project management of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation project(s). This role provides the project management expertise for the end-to-end scope of the project(s) required to deliver all phases of the D365 implementation and enhancements for the company.  The duties include hands-on coordination of all project planning tasks, activities, resources planning and tracking, budget planning and tracking in accordance with the defined SDLC methodology.

The goal of the Project Manager is to ensure that project milestones, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are 100% met. The Project Manager will work closely with the ERP Program Manager, cross-functional teams, vendors, business owners and SMEs to drive excellent project execution and maintain alignment with organizational goals. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your Experience Should Include:
  • 5 or more years of experience in project management or project coordination, with at least 2 full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects completed.
  • Completion of post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Completion of PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
  • Strong understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, change management and IT systems knowledge at a high level.
  • Expert proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and third-party vendors.
  • Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies is an asset.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, managing documentation, and following up on action items.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to assist in the development of project requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Monitor project progress and performance using project management tools; prepare regular status reports for stakeholders according to the prescribed schedule.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support change management efforts, including training coordination and communication planning.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, meeting minutes, and post-implementation reviews, raid logs, post-implementation reviews and other project management duties.
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Facilitate testing and deployment coordination in collaboration with QA, development, and business teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal project governance standards and methodologies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • This is a mostly remote role, but travel to several company locations (up to 20%) is required throughout the project. Some work during cutover weekends is also expected.
