Corporate Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Malcolm has been with the Greenfield since its formative years, joining a small team in 1991. As Vice President, Corporate Finance and CFO, Malcolm is responsible for all financing initiatives associated with Greenfield’s major capital expansions and all aspects of corporate finance including banking, treasury, risk management, and investor relations. As well, Malcolm is deeply involved in the development of government policy and programs for biofuels, serving as Past President and Director of Renewable Industry Canada. Malcolm has more than 35 years’ experience as a senior financial executive. His background includes ten years in public accounting practice with a predecessor firm of KPMG, and four years at a Canadian real estate development company, where he served as Vice President and Treasurer.
Malcolm is a graduate of the Queen’s School of Business (B.Comm Honours) and is a Chartered Accountant.
