As Executive Vice President, Chief Corporate Development Officer, Graham is responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy through acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic business initiatives. In this role, Graham works closely with the executive team to identify and execute opportunities that expand Greenfield’s platform, enhance its capabilities, and create longterm value for stakeholders.
Before joining Greenfield, Graham built a deep background in mergers and acquisitions at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in Toronto, advising boards and senior management teams as well as private equity firms on complex, crossborder transactions across a range of industries. That experience gives Graham a practical perspective on evaluating opportunities, managing risk, and getting transactions successfully over the finish line.
Known for a collaborative leadership style, Graham focuses on aligning strategy, operations, and culture so that growth initiatives integrate smoothly and deliver real, measurable results. Graham holds a LLB from Osgoode Hall and a Honours Degree (High Distinction) from the University of Toronto and has served as a trusted advisor to corporate leaders, investors, and founders throughout his career.
