Tanja joined Greenfield Global in 2023 as Vice President, Finance. She is responsible for strategic financial planning, partnering with cross-functional leaders to evaluate business decisions and initiatives, and overseeing financial reporting across the organization.
Tanja is a results-driven leader with a proven track record of driving efficiency, championing financial integrity, fostering strong relationships, and building high-performing teams. She brings extensive experience across a broad range of finance functions, with expertise in strategy, planning and analysis, and financial reporting. Prior to joining Greenfield Global, Tanja held senior finance roles at global companies including Maple Leaf Foods and Revlon, and most recently served as North America CFO for the Pet Nutrition division of Mars Inc.
Tanja holds a Business degree from Ryerson University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
