Yvonne (Vey) Garofalo is a distinguished leader with a proven track record of driving strategic growth and commercial excellence across various sectors including chemicals, life sciences, distribution, and minerals. With more than two decades of experience leading global businesses and managing large teams, Vey has consistently demonstrated an ability to drive business growth and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Most recently, Vey served as VP Commercial and Interim President of the Advanced Materials business unit at a leading global provider of specialty chemicals and minerals where she built and executed strategic growth plans while overseeing global operations.

Throughout her career, Vey has held senior leadership roles managing commercial, operations, finance, R&D, and quality functions. Her leadership style is characterized by a strong emphasis on collaboration, inclusivity, and accountability, with a proven track record of reviving underperforming teams and fostering high-performance cultures.

Vey received a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in International Business and completed several executive level courses at the University of Georgia Terry College of Business.
